Location: Makati (Will be based in Korea)
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 130,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
-Korean National proficient in English and based in Korea
-Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or any related discipline.
-With experience as a Legal translator in the Supreme Court, law firms, or government institutions is required.
-Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly and accurately analyze information, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively.
-Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CLM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
-Translate or interpret Korean and English legal content accurately.
-Korean Legal Translator is responsible for reviewing, abstracting, and analyzing commercial contracts and legal documents (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, license agreements).
-Review and draft documents based on the research while ensuring compliance with client’s preferences and applicable rules of the country.
-Review confidential documents and non disclosure agreements
-Answer inquiries about drafted contract
-Interpret and ensure compliance with laws, rulings, regulations, and applicable risk management policies.
-Coordinate with onshore and offshore legal teams to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
-Maintain organized legal files and documentation systems.
-Assist in identifying errors, risks, or inconsistencies in contracts and legal data.
