Position: Korean Customer Success Manager
Industry: Manufacturing - Retail Company
Salary: Php 100,000 Monthly
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Morning Schedule | Weekends Off
Work setup: HYBRID SET UP (3 days onsite and 2 consecutive days Wfh)

REQUIREMENTS:
-Filipino nationals can speak, read and write Korean fluently.
-Korean National with permanent Visa in the PH (conversational in English)
-Graduates in 4 years Bachelor degree in any course.
-With 1 year experience in Customer Service.
-Experience handling E-commerce accounts is an ADVANTAGE but not required.
-Knowledgeable on using CRMS and ticketing tools and other performance metrics.
-Can start to work ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answer and resolve inquiries from Korean clients through phone, email, and chat quickly and professionally.
-Understand their concerns and provide clear and correct solutions.
-Assist with questions about products, orders, billing, and other service issues while following company policies.
-Listen to customers to understand what they need. Recommend the right products or upgrades based on their preferences.
-Suggest better or premium options when suitable. Offer related items that can improve their purchase.
-Help customers choose wisely and ensure they have a good shopping experience.
Manage and maintain multiple e-commerce platforms.
-Review customer feedback from different sources like comments and suggestions. Find common problems and patterns.
-Use these to suggest simple ways to improve service and work processes.
-Share your findings with the team to help improve customer experience and overall operations.
