Position: Mandarin Client Services Manager
Industry: Finance and Banking Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 150,000
Work Set-up: Work onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Fookien and/or Mandarin and English.
Open to Bachelor’s degree of any year course
Having at least 5 years of related work experience in retail banking, primarily in a frontline role.
Having excellent client relationship skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
Experience in banking, account management, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage




RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing or new Mandarin-speaking clients.
Process account opening, updating, and account review documentation.
Achieve sales targets through cross-selling banking products and services.
Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer), customer due diligence, and account verification procedures.
Translate or facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams when necessary.
Assist clients with banking inquiries and provide professional customer service.
Ensure customer records and documents are complete and accurate.
Monitor customer transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
