REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
At least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in digital, gaming, or entertainment industries
Strong portfolio showing branding, digital campaigns, and motion or interactive design work
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Having experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an advantage
Good understanding of social media design trends and user engagement strategies
Strong communication and leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Lead the creation and execution of creative materials for campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
Design high-quality visuals for social media, digital ads, in-app graphics, and website content.
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Turn business and marketing goals into clear and engaging visual designs.
Maintain and improve the ArenaPlus brand identity and design guidelines.
Guide and review the work of junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
Stay updated with design trends, gaming visuals, and new tools.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
