Schedule: 10 PM to 6 AM
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
-Filipino conversational in Korean and English
-Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
-Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
-Willing to work in Subic, Zambales
Responsibilities:
-Addressing customer inquiries about health and wellness products.
-Maintain high standards of customer service for Korean clients.
-Offer assistance in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
-Develop and preserve positive, long-term connections with clients.
