Position: Bahasa Malay Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid Setup
Requirements of the job:
🔥Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Malay Language
🔥Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses
🔥With at least 1 year working experience in Accounts Receivable
🔥Proficient in MS Excel for reporting purposes
Responsibilities of the job:
🔥Handle incoming phone calls to follow-up the appointment and deliveries to the vendors.
🔥Provide translation support to documents from Malay to English and vice versa
🔥Process daily accounts receivable transactions
🔥Ensure accuracy and compliance of transactions and supporting documents
🔥Follow up on unpaid invoices and send payment reminders as required
