Position: Mandarin Procurement Analyst

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm)
Salary: Php90,000-Php100,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⭐Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
⭐Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
⭐Experience working with international suppliers, particularly from China, is an advantage.
⭐Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes is preferred.
⭐With experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management as well as in negotiation and communication skills.
⭐Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Source and coordinate with local and international suppliers, particularly.
⭐Mandarin-speaking and Chinese suppliers, to ensure timely procurement of materials and products.
⭐Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective purchasing and maintain strong supplier relationships.
⭐Process purchase orders, monitor shipments, inventory levels, and delivery timelines to avoid delays, shortages, and operational disruptions.
⭐Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, company procurement policies, and supplier accreditation and performance standards.
⭐Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing concerns, prepare procurement reports and costing analysis, and resolve supplier or delivery issues efficiently.
