The Role & Landscape:
You will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge tech solutions, acting as the bridge between strategic business vision and technical execution.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformations and web/mobile application projects.
- Orchestrate large-scale cloud migration initiatives, ensuring optimized performance of AWS-based applications.
- Act as a hybrid Technical/Delivery Lead, partnering closely with product owners on planning, prioritization, and scope definition.
- Spearhead API design and development initiatives, establishing best practices for seamless, cross-platform integration.
- Monitor project progress, proactively mitigating risks while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years operating in a senior managerial or leadership capacity.
- A proven dual-track background: Must have prior experience acting as both a Technical Lead and a Delivery Lead.
- Deep, hands-on architectural understanding of our core tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives within complex domains (Insurance/FinServ domain knowledge is highly preferred).
- Extensive experience utilizing Agile methodologies for large-scale enterprise delivery.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Cantonese to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Bonus: Relevant industry certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
