REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
💠Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
💠Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
💠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💠Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment on
💠Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
💠Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
💠Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements
💠Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, manpower agencies)
💠Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
💠Maintain and update the applicant tracker and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports
💠Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
