Position: Japanese Compensation Benefits Helpdesk

Salary: Php 65,000 - Php 80,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am to 6pm)
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Can speak, read, and write Japanese and English
JLPT N1 or N2 Passer
Open to Half Filipino and Half Japanese
Open for graduates and undergraduates
Experience in compensation and benefits work is a big advantage, but not required
Open to any working experiences not related to the role, but willing to be trained
Willing to work in Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a back-office job
Answer concerns from an employee who has a payroll question
Responding to chats and emails about salary concerns
Managing the Payroll service mailbox.
Includes responding to employees’ inquiries and business/cross-functional partner inquiries
Help Japanese employees understand insurances and deductions
Guide Japanese on how to check their payslips and its breakdown
Communicate with the respective HR to ensure operational process excellence
Answering Japanese employees' inquiries related to their benefits and any payroll concerns
Perform other tasks needed.
