REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
✅At least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in digital, gaming, or entertainment industries
✅Strong portfolio showing branding, digital campaigns, and motion or interactive design work
✅Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
✅Having experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an advantage
✅Good understanding of social media design trends and user engagement strategies
✅Strong communication and leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Lead the creation and execution of creative materials for campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
✅Design high-quality visuals for social media, digital ads, in-app graphics, and website content.
✅Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
✅Turn business and marketing goals into clear and engaging visual designs.
✅Maintain and improve the ArenaPlus brand identity and design guidelines.
✅Guide and review the work of junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
✅Stay updated with design trends, gaming visuals, and new tools.
✅Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
