REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet)
Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Assisting customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
Handling issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets.
Supporting payment concerns and billing disputes.
Helping with account access issues (login, verification, security).
Managing complaints from buyers and sellers.
Coordinating with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases.
Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations through email and chat.
Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
