REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in any course.
✅Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
✅Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
✅Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
✅Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
✅Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
✅Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
