REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
💮Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
💮Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
💮Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
💮Having 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
💮Having experience in issuing sales invoices, reconciling accounts regularly with the business team, and with suppliers
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
💮Prepare, review, and analyze monthly budgets submitted by various departments and regions, and generate comprehensive analytical reports.
💮Perform accurate accounting tasks, including the preparation and review of accounting vouchers, and the recording of subsidiary and general ledgers.
💮Demonstrate strong communication and logical thinking skills, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of professional knowledge. Show a high level of responsibility, dedication, and professional ethics.
💮Conduct regular inventories of company fixed assets and departmental petty cash, and prepare corresponding reports.
💮Review and evaluate procurement and lease contracts for accuracy and compliance.
💮Issue sales invoices and perform regular account reconciliations with the sales team and suppliers.
