REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
✅Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related fields
✅Having 5–10 years’ experience in creative direction, advertising, or marketing with a strong portfolio in digital campaigns and branding
✅Skilled in leadership, communication, project management, and understanding of digital marketing performance metrics
✅Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or sports betting industry preferred; able to thrive in fast-paced environments
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Mandarin Digital Creative Manager is responsible for leading creative direction and developing concepts aligned with brand strategy
✅Oversee production of marketing assets (ads, videos, banners, promos) and ensure quality/consistency.
✅Translate marketing goals into effective creative outputs, review results, and optimize based on data.
✅Manage and guide creative teams/vendors while staying updated with industry trends.
✅Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
