REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Cantonese and English.
✅Bachelor’s graduates in any course are welcome to apply.
✅Having a background in client servicing, with the ability to handle and resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
✅Experience in transaction banking operations, particularly in payments and cash management products.
✅Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
✅Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Handle complex client concerns and service recovery cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
✅Manage client accounts while maintaining accountability for service delivery and operational performance.
✅Identify service trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
✅Support team development by coaching members, monitoring SLAs and QA, and promoting service excellence and self-service solutions.
