JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
✨5 years of experience in supervisory role
✨With Social media marketing experience
✨ Knowledge in using platforms like Meta Ads manager
✨With background in campaign management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Develop digital roadmaps and manage launch campaigns for new motorcycle models (Commuter to Big Bikes) across social, web, and search platforms.
✨ Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-impact visual and video content tailored to Filipino riding culture to drive engagement and conversions
✨Oversee and grow brand engagement across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), the website, and the mobile app.
✨Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members to support their professional growth.
✨Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
