Position: Mandarin HR Team Lead

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm)
Salary: Php 75,000-Php 85,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✅Having good years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee onboarding
✅Having experience in supporting expatriate or relocation processes is an advantage
✅ Knowledgeable in MS Office and HRIS systems
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Mandarin HR Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing job offers.
✅Mandarin HR Coordinator will present the job offers to selected candidates and handle all acceptance documentation.
✅Distribute pre-employment forms and onboarding materials to new hires.
✅Maintain accurate employee records and keep the HR database up to date.
✅Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new employees.
✅Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout their transition.
