JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino national who is conversational in French and English language.
✅ Bachelors Degree, Associate, or Vocational graduate or undergraduate is open to apply.
✅ With customer service experience in BPO or call center is preferred.
✅ Willing to work in Day-shift, Nightshift or Shifting schedule.
✅ Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Assist French-speaking customers with visa processing requirements and documentation.
✅ Provide clear, step-by-step guidance on visa application procedures.
✅ Help clients submit visa requirements through online platforms.
✅ Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and logistics teams regarding application processing.
✅ Verify visa applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
✅ Monitor application progress and maintain organized records.
