JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⭐Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
⭐Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration.
⭐Having experience in brand management or fashion product marketing, particularly with bags or footwear brands, is considered a strong advantage.
⭐Having experience with bags or footwear brands is an advantage, but not a requirement.
⭐Knowledgeable in e-commerce and social commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
⭐Having good leadership and team management skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
⭐Knowledgeable in fashion and market trends, along with a proactive approach to learning, optimizing product positioning, and improving go-to-market strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Mandarin Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for growing the brand online, making sure products sell well on platforms like Shopee and TikTok, and leading marketing + operations teams to hit sales targets.
⭐Develop and execute overall brand marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increase sales, and grow market share in the Philippine market.
⭐Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for fashion products such as bags, accessories, and lifestyle items.
⭐Work closely with headquarters or regional teams (often using Mandarin communication) to ensure alignment with global brand strategy.
⭐Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Livestream, and Operations) to achieve sales/gross merchandise value targets across e-commerce platforms.
