This Japanese company consists of Filipino Workers and Japanese Management.
Position: Japanese Accounting and Business Consultant
Salary: Php 150,000 above (depending on the qualifications)

Work Schedule: 5 days in a week only
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Optional Work From Home every Mondays)

Requirements:
Open to Japanese nationals who are interested in working in the Philippines.
Open to Male or Female
Open to candidates who can speak English (Conversational)
Preferably a CPA but Non-CPA who work in a Accounting, auditing, and related firm is very welcome to apply
Relevant work experience is not required but has experience in working from accounting firm
Having an accounting license in the US is an advantage
Okay with any job experience working in an auditing or accounting firm
Open for no managerial or supervisorial experience.
Pro-active and dedicated to bridge both Filipino and Japanese
Open to collaborate with Filipino employees.
Training will be provided by the Management
Responsibilities:
Handle Japanese clients who wanted to open a Business in the Philippines
Coordinate with Japanese clients who have questions about business operation, business expansion and some important points to note in Philippine business set up
Answer inquiries and questions of business owners about operational documents in the Philippines
Guide Japanese clients about business permit, Taxes concerns, accounting laws and other operation related inquiries
Work closely with Japanese clients and Filipino workers to provide consultancy services to Japanese who wanted to expand business in the Philippines
Provide reports, survey, information to clients about Philippine Market
