JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A Graduate of a Finance or Accounting-related roles
• At least 1-3 years of related work experience
• Experience in an administrative role, customer service, or inside sales role is an advantage
• Amendable to work in Makati City
• Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate, process, and maintain sales spreadsheets, reports, and the central company database.
• Act as the main point of contact for retail planners, internal design/compliance teams, and China-based suppliers to track deliverables.
• Process customer orders, monitor shipping/logistics status, and ensure all contract documentation is filed accurately.
• Review artwork, packaging, and inspection reports against sales orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
• Create client-facing brochures, costing sheets, and presentation materials to support the Sales Manager.
• Manage sales department resources and handle the packing, unpacking, and dispatch of courier samples.
