Position: Mandarin Sourcing and Procurement Analyst
Company Industry: IT Consultancy
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday at 9AM - 6PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up (2x a week RTO, 3x WFH)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
✅Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course.
✅Knowledge and experience in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
✅Proficient in standard business tools such as Microsoft Office and familiar with sourcing platforms used for procurement and vendor coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Execute end-to-end sourcing activities across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier engagement, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract finalization.
✅Support the development of category strategies through market research, supplier evaluation, and commercial insights.
✅Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making and improve sourcing outcomes.
✅Utilize approved digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and streamline sourcing workflows.
✅Contribute to the development of market insights and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
