Job Requirements:
✔️ Filipino proficient in Italian and English languages.
✔️ Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or BPO operations.
✔️ Experience in handling vendor management, customer service, or stakeholder support is an advantage.
✔️ Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
✔️ Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Pasay City.
✔️ Available to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle vendor inquiries and concerns through email and phone support using Italian and English.
✔️ Provide timely and accurate assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
✔️ Investigate, manage, and resolve vendor-related issues and disputes.
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and process compliance.
✔️ Escalate complex cases when necessary while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
✔️ Ensure proper documentation and tracking of vendor concerns and resolutions.
