Job Requirements:
️ Filipino National proficient in Italian and English.
️ Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines.
️ Proficient in English communication.
️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
️ Minimum of 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or BPO environment supporting customer-facing operations
️ Willing to work on shifting schedules.
️ Can start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
️ Manage and resolve vendor inquiries through email and calls using Italian and English language communication.
️ Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders in both Italian and English.
️ Handle vendor disputes and ensure proper resolution of issues with quality service delivery.
️ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
️ Escalate complex cases to management when necessary while maintaining clear communication in Italian and English.
