Position: Japanese Accounting Representative
Salary: Php 130,000 - 150,000 monthly (negotiable depending on skills and qualification)
Reporting to: Accounting Manager & Malaysia Accounting Manager
Location: Makati, Manila
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Days Off: Two days off per week (shift schedule; may include weekends)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time Employee

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese nationals who are willing to work in the Philippines.
Open to Filipino nationals who have proficiency level of JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer.
Open to Male or Female
Excellent English communication skills is a big plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and experience in supporting the Accounting team in Japan counterpart.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Accountancy or Accounting and Finance related university programs.
■Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the accounting matters and supporting the Japanese and Malaysia Accounting Manager.
Handle communication between Philippine Team and Japan team regarding matters related to Accounting and Finance
Manage bookkeeping , tax governance, reporting and payroll and ensure both Philippine and Japanese accounting regulations and standards are being complied.
Assist in the reporting of financial reports.
