JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ At least 1-2 years’ experience as Team Leader Role in banking and finance industry
✨ With working experience in the same industry is an advantage
✨ With experience working in or with collection agencies is an advantage
✨ With experience in credit analysis is a great advantage
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Prepare the monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable aging report
✨ Monitor collection performance, trend, and the collection status of all accounts
✨ Recommend refinement on collection activities based on the analysis results and equipment for collection productivity
✨ Oversee and examine the performance of collection staffs
✨ Handle the client’s collection concerns
✨ Endorse dependable collection agencies
✨ Handle collection agency partners
✨ Facilitate review of past due account and negotiate payments with the client
✨ Correlate with the legal partner and collection agency for the legal proceedings
✨ Supervise recovery and disposal of car
