Position: Thai Quality Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (2 days off)

Requirements of the Job:
✔️ Open for Thai nationals can speak in English fluently
✔️ Open for Bachelor or undergraduate
✔️ With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
✔️ Experience in customer service is a plus
✔️ Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
✔️ Can start as soon as possible
Responsibility of the job:
✔️ Monitor customer interactions to ensure accuracy and consistency of the Thai agents.
✔️ Facilitate calibration sessions and training for vendor QA partners.
✔️ Train and certify new Internal Quality Analysts and Vendor Quality Analysts
✔️ Analyze quality trends and provide feedback for improvements.
✔️ Communicate professionally and handle client concerns with tact and courtesy.
✔️ Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
✔️ Support both short-term and long-term goals of the team or program.
✔️ Ensure alignment in quality standards and Root Cause Analysis, while consistently meeting Customer Satisfaction targets.
