This wellness center expanded in the Philippines while having a strong brand in Singapore, Philippines, Japan and other countries. This clinic has Japanese doctors, Medicines from Japan, Japanese consultation and even a Japanese medical help desk and emergency line.
Position: Japanese Accounting Manager
Company Industry: Japanese Medical and wellness center
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 170,000 - Php 190,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM to 6PM)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Line of Business: Clinic Wellness
Start Date: Upon Notice

REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese Nationals - company can provide working visa
Filipinos who have been raised in Japan with Managerial experience in Japanese Company
Half Filipino and half Japanese can also be considered
Vocation graduate or above in accounting or business is preferred
Business level in English
Open to male or female
Age 30-45 years old
With hands-on experience in operations rather than only management.
Must have practical skills in Computer (Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic functions, etc.)
Job responsibilities:
Handle the overall operational tasks including administrative audit, accounting and operational development.
Management of revenue including the cash flow of the company
Getting directly involved in the daily work when needed to identify and solve issues first-hand
Understand and promote operational improvement.
Review management progress from monthly to annual closing.
Double checking of the accounting reports and local staff.
Responsible for reporting to the Japan headquarters.
Handling external audits and coordination with accounting firms
