Job Title: Japanese Sales (Free Meals Daily + Car Support)
Position: Japanese Sales Specialist (B2B)
Industry: Japanese Telecom Firm
Salary: Php 100,000 - P 110,000 + competitive incentives (Negotiable)
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Days off on Weekends (5 days a week work)
Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
For Japanese Nationals or Pure Japanese
First Language must be Japanese
Basic to conversational English Speaker
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan
Open to half Japanese- Half Filipino and Filipino who can speak fluently in Japanese or N1 Level
At least 3 years of experience in Sales, B2B, Client-facing, or a relevant field is preferred
Must have Sales Background from any field
Bachelor’s Degree in any course or undergraduates
Has ability to coordinate with Japanese Business owners
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating with new clients and helping them understand the company services
Answer inquiries of Japanese Owners, Business Men or Japanese managers operating in the Philippines.
Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new internet service contracts with Japanese-owned or Japanese-speaking business clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring they feel supported in their native language.
Presenting product benefits to Japanese business owners or managers, negotiating service contracts, and closing deals
Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations of networking services, highlighting the benefits to prospective clients
Conduct professional outreach, cold calls, and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese Clients
Identifying new business and aligning solutions with client needs
