Job Requirements:
Open to Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese Conversational to Fluent
Open Japanese N1 - N3 Passer Passer and Non-passer
Open to candidates without a JLPT certificate (it's not required)
Open for degree and non-degree holder as long as have Marketing Experience
At Least 2- 3 year experience in Marketing
Good in written and verbal communication skills
Can start to work as soon as possible
Has an experience in Marketing and project management strategies
Organized, reliable, and communicative—with high emotional intelligence and a strong commitment to client success.
Committed to quality assurance with high work ethic
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end service delivery from task validation and documentation to final quality checks
Build and launch marketing campaigns using automation tools and technical software like HTML or video creation
Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all deliverables strictly adhere to established style guidelines
Prioritize tasks by urgency to consistently meet Service Level Agreements and manage personal queues
Execute quality assurance through thorough peer reviews and content cross-checks to ensure error-free deployment
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to clarify processes and contribute to the Knowledge Base
Report system errors proactively to leadership regarding template issues or technical glitches
Engage in professional development via community calls for process updates and mandatory training completion
