Position: Japanese Fund Accountant Supervisor
Company Industry: Finance Service Provider
Work Location: Alabang, Manila
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: Php 120,000 - 130,000 (Open for negotiation)
Work Set Up: Hybrid Work Arrangement (3x in office every week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese nationals who have permanent visas or Philippine recognition.
Open to Filipinos who have experience working in Japan before.
Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 passer or non passers.
Has strong background in Accounting, Finance tasks like bookkeeping, general ledging, auditing and other related tasks.
Understanding of Japanese regulatory and reporting environment
No JLPT Certificate requirement.
English proficiency skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision to the accounting team in the Philippines to understand finance and accounting documents from the Japan Office.
Handle full-cycle general ledger and overall day to day financial operations for the Japan entity
Facilitate clear communication between Japanese stakeholders and the company
Prepare Japanese financial statements for publication
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Support existing entities within the portfolio as needed
Maintain compliance with local and international reporting standards
