Position: German Account Retention Associate
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 90,000
Schedule: Mid-shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 PM)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ German national currently residing in the Philippines
⦿ Open to both graduates and undergraduates
⦿ Customer service experience is preferred
⦿ Willing to attend a one-day onsite hiring process
⦿ Available to start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Managed and tracked the renewal pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and maximized customer retention.
⦿ Oversaw collections and end-to-end renewals management, consistently achieving high quarterly renewal rates and billing targets.
⦿ Responded promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
⦿ Monitored registration and insurance expiration dates to maintain 100% compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
⦿ Processed vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, insurance renewals, emission testing, and business permit renewals efficiently and accurately.
