JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ With 1 year in Sales field however Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
✨ With working experience in the same industry is an advantage.
✨ With experience in driving manual and automatic 4 wheels is an advantage.
✨ With driver’s license is an advantage.
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage daily shop visits to improve strong relationships with dealers, dealer owners, and other stakeholders in the assigned area.
✨ Supervise ground-level sales activities, including the creation and implementation of promotional activities within the area.
✨ Oversee the shop and provide guidance to improve the image of 3S shops for ultimate customer satisfaction.
✨ Implement a seminar for the product familiarization with the dealer branches to ensure product knowledge is up to date.
✨ Submit an organized report on field activities, dealer performance, and market conditions.
✨Prepare and present the dealer performance findings to management and stakeholders as needed.
✨ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a good operation and resolutions of dealer related matters.
