Position: Japanese Account Manager
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 above
Company Industry: Digital Advertising Company
Work Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 Days onsite, 3 Days work from Home)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipinos who are proficient in Japanese language.
Must be a JLPT N1 Passer or Non-Passer.
A higher level in Japanese language is a big advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
Open to bachelor or undergraduate applicants
With Project Management or management experience in any related position.
With strong Organisational skills backgrounds.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Japanese client expectations regarding project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that all advertising projects are executed on schedule and within scope
Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients
Facilitate seamless interaction between Japanese clients and internal English-speaking teams.
Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to develop digital advertising strategies that align with the Japanese client’s business goals
Analyze digital campaign metrics and data to prepare comprehensive performance reports
Address and resolve Japanese client concerns or technical issues promptly, acting as a bridge between the client and the operations team to find effective solutions.
