Position: Thai Intercompany Outbound Analyst
Industry: Shared Services - Manufacturing
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 90,000 Monthly (Still Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends off
Work Setup: Hybrid setup (2 days RTO only, 3 days WFH)

Requirements:
Open to Thai nationals with English communication skills
Filipino candidates are fluent in speaking, reading and writing the Thai Language.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation is an Advantage
Open for Associate and Bachelor’s degree holders at any course.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, advanced knowledge in Excel is a plus.
Willing to work in BGC Taguig City.
Responsibility of the job:
Manage and process international intercompany orders using systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and other company tools.
Coordinate with supply chain teams, warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Communicate with international branches regarding product availability, order updates, urgent requests, and shipment concerns.
Handle customer complaints, payment or delivery issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure all export and shipping transactions follow company policies and international regulations.
Support daily operations by maintaining documents and SOPs, assisting team members, joining system implementation projects, and practicing effective time management.
