Job Responsibilities:
✅Technical Support: Provide first-level assistance by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, while monitoring systems, networks, and cloud services to prevent potential problems.
✅Incident Management: Investigate and address incidents, determine root causes, and escalate when necessary, ensuring all cases are properly logged and tracked.
✅Customer Support: Maintain a professional and positive customer experience, and use feedback to improve service quality.
✅Administrative Tasks: Handle user account setup, mailbox configuration, group administration, and maintain accurate documentation for both users and IT teams.
