✅ Work Set-Up: Hybrid (2 days Work-From-Home | 3 days onsite)
✅ Work Schedule: Mid-shift (4:00PM-1:00AM)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino national can speak, read and write in German.
✅Any foreign national currently residing in the Philippines.
✅ Bachelors Degree, Associate or Vocation courses, or Short course.
✅ Experience in IT-related, customer facing, or digital services roles is preferred.
✅ Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and internet-based systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Provide assistance to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
✅ Handle customer inquiries related to digital security products, certificate applications, and account concerns.
✅ Assist clients with product implementation, installation guidance, and issue resolution.
✅ Process and validate customer requests while ensuring compliance with company security policies and procedures.
✅ Perform documentation, reporting, and web content-related tasks as needed.
