Position: German Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100, 000
Schedule: Mid-Shift
Work Set up: Fully onsite
Job Requirements:
✅Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
✅Open for Foreign national who can speak German with permanent residence in the Philippines
✅Bachelor's degree graduate of Finance and Accounting or any related course
✅With customer service experience preferably in BPO or call center
✅Financial or Accounting experience is a plus
✅Tech savvy - can navigate Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word or similar desktop applications.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
✅ Communicate with customers using German and English through email and calls
✅ Resolve billing, invoice, and payment discrepancies
✅ Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve AR-related concerns
✅ Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to clients
✅ Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
✅ Handle collections follow-ups and payment negotiations professionally
✅ Use German and English language skills to support customers and business operations
✅ Handle other finance and collections-related tasks as needed
