💼 Position: German Compliance Operation Analyst
📍Location: BGC, Taguig City
🏢Industry: Global Financial Services
📅 Schedule: Midshift (3pm-4pm - 11pm-12AM)
💰 Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000
🏠 Work Set: Up: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)
📋 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Filipino National who can speak, read and write in German Language
✓ Open for Foreign National who can speak German with permanent residence in the Philippines
✓ Bachelors Degree holder of Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related course
✓ Has 1 to 3 years of experience in trade finance, banking or corporate accounting
✓ Has advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, transaction processing software, and financial databases
✓ Financial and Accounting experience is a plus
📝 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Responsible for overseeing business operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
✓ Ensures all operations comply with financial and physical regulations.
✓ Maintain accurate documentation, records and reports for auditors and regulators.
✓ Managing daily compliance issues and directing them to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
✓ Reporting all activities to regulators in a timely manner and confirming successful receipt of required information.
✓ Help design and update internal business procedures to close operational gaps and ensure full regulatory compliance.
