💼 Position: German Risk and Compliance Analyst
📍Location: BGC, Taguig City
🏢Industry: Global Financial Services
📅 Schedule: Midshift (3pm-4pm - 11pm-12AM)
💰 Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000
🏠 Work Set: Up: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)
🔍 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
☑ Filipino National who can speak, read and write in German Language.
☑ Open for Foreign Nationals who can speak German with permanent residence in the Philippines.
☑ Bachelors Degree holder of Finance, Economics, Accounting or any Business Administration related fields.
☑ 1–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
☑ Familiarity with local and international regulatory frameworks.
☑ Proficiency in MS Office, compliance software, risk management tools, and data analysis systems.
✍🏻 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
☑ Review company activities to ensure they follow laws, regulations, and internal policies.
☑ Identify potential financial, operational, or regulatory risks and suggest ways to reduce them.
☑ Perform internal checks to confirm processes are compliant and effective.
☑ Summarize findings and present risk assessments or compliance updates to management.
☑ Assist in creating or updating company policies to meet regulatory standards.
☑ Communicate with external auditors and regulatory bodies when needed.
