Position: General Ledger Staff

Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00am (Weekends Off)
Salary: Php 25,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ At least 2 years of experience in Accounting.
✨ Can attend face to face interview.
✨ Can work as soon as possible is an advantage.
✨ Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Managing the accounts payable and receivable by handling invoices, and monitor customer payments.
✨ Tracking the outstanding balances for vendors and clients.
✨ Monitoring a financial report by preparing weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow and revenue streams.
✨ Verifying of bank reconciliations, and validate receipts of financial records to verify that they accurate, consistent and maintain the general ledgers.
✨ Organizing the financial documents if it’s accurate, and compliant with standard operating procedures and tax laws.
