Position: Financial Accounting Associate

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Salary: Php 17,000 - Php 25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Financial, and any related courses.
✨ Open for fresh graduates
✨ At least 1-3 year of accounting experience
✨ With working experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is an advantage.
✨ With working experience in cost and inventory experience is an advantage
✨ With working experience in the same industry is an advantage
✨ Amendable to work onsite.
✨ Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and maintain accurate entries in the general ledger.
✨ Perform bank reconciliations and assist in compiling periodic financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
✨Collate financial schedules, vouchers, and documents to assist internal and external auditors during reviews.
✨Prepare and analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
✨ Prepare and file local tax returns (e.g., BIR forms in the Philippines) and process statutory government remittances like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
✨ Others will be discussed from time to time.
