Salary: Php 85,000 to Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule / Rotational

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
NO JLPT certificate required
JLPT N1, and N2 Passer or Non-Passer
Can speak English (conversational)
Having Customer Service experience is a big advantage
No Age Limit and Gender Preferences
Open to High School Graduates and Undergraduates
Able to handle video game account is a big advantage but not required
Familiar or have played games before
Can help players and gamers with their inquiries
Flexibility in Shift Schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer basic and common inquiries via email and chat
Filter hate speech or block Japanese players who have been reported
Help Japanese players resolve connections issues and technical concerns
Assist players in payments, buying gears and account monitoring
Provide step by step game play guidance to Japanese players
Answer email and chat support written in Japanese or in English
Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly through ticketing
Create and monitor game forums
