JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This is open for Filipino who speak Japanese
Open to male and female interested to work in Hotel
Age preferences for Hotels
No JLPT certificate needed.
Open to Filipinos up to N4 or N2 level (NO JLPT)
Can speak Japanese (No read and write needed)
Business to conversational English can be considered
Undergraduate applicant is also okay
Good communication skills are a must.
Confident, Nice and polite in dealing with foreign clients
Know how to assist and extend professional service to Japanese
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide the most polite and comfortable assistance to guests
Assist Japanese speaking clients and Japanese guests upon arrival
Understand their concerns about hotels, Casino and other inquiries
Provide Water, drinks, Snacks to guests if needed
Assist Japanese guests about game related inquiries
Assist guest when they need transportation, Bookings in hotels
Greets all guests at the venue entrance and extends warmth.
Invite guests to enjoy hotel amenities and join events, promotions
Extend help to guests customers with their accommodations
Handle special requests of guests and clients like food preferences
