Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19- $19/ hour*
What you'll be doing as a Lead Dishwasher:
Supervise dishwashing and kitchen sanitation to help keep operations running smoothly
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Ensure dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen supplies are cleaned, stocked, and ready for service
Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and safe
Help maintain food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards
Assist kitchen staff with basic back-of-house support as needed
Remove trash, sweep, mop, and help maintain cleanliness throughout the work area
Assist with banquet and event setup and breakdown as needed
Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service
Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations
Refill supplies and assist with general dining room support
Coordinate supplies and inventory for dining operations
Help manage kitchen support staff, including dishwashers, porters, and other support team members
Work as part of a team to support smooth kitchen and dining room operations
Take direction from supervisors and assist where needed during busy service times
Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Previous dishwashing, kitchen, hospitality, or kitchen support experience preferred
Previous lead, supervisory, or team support experience preferred, but not required
Must be comfortable working primarily in dishwashing and back-of-house areas, with some dining room support as needed
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, organization, and detail
Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
