REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
⭐Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
⭐Open for High School graduates and Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
⭐Having experience in the casino industry is an advantage.
⭐At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or hospitality.
⭐Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
⭐Assisting international guests, specifically Chinese nationals.
⭐Assist Mandarin-speaking customers with membership registration, account inquiries, and rewards program transactions.
⭐Process redemption of rewards, complimentary items, gifts, transportation, food and beverage vouchers, and room accommodations according to company guidelines.
⭐Providing customer service maintains a professional working relationship with patrons.
⭐Ensures Chinese guest preferences are kept updated for ease of reference.
⭐Responsible for managing customer relations and enhancing the experience of VIP guests at a casino
⭐Keeps all VIP staff informed of all necessary information.
⭐Develops new customers and maintains existing customers for Table Games. Obtains credit information to establish credit lines.
⭐Provide the most polite and comfortable assistance to guests
⭐Assist Mandarin guests with game-related inquiries
