Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 150,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Fookien and/or Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Bachelor’s degree of any year course
✅Having at least 5 years of related work experience in retail banking, primarily in a frontline role.
✅Having excellent client relationship skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
✅Experience in banking, account management, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Mandarin Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing or new Mandarin-speaking clients.
✅Process account opening, updating, and account review documentation.
✅Achieve sales targets through cross-selling banking products and services.
✅Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer), customer due diligence, and account verification procedures.
✅Translate or facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams when necessary.
✅Assist clients with banking inquiries and provide professional customer service.
✅Ensure customer records and documents are complete and accurate.
✅Monitor customer transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
