Position: CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) Head of Sales

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Salary: Php90,000 - Php100,000
Work Set Up: On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing, or any related courses
✨ At least 6-10 years of working experience in sales
✨ At least 1-3 years of working experience in a leadership role is an advantage
✨ With working experience in AC or HVAC industry is an advantage
✨ With proven track record in channel sales management and revenue growth is an advantage
✨ Amendable to work onsite
✨ can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Implement channel sales strategies to meet AC sales targets.
✨ Enlarge dealers and distributors network nationwide.
✨ Supervise sell-in and sell-out initiatives to gain market share growth.
✨ Oversee the overall sales performance and contribute on strategic insights and forecasts.
✨ Develop a strong relationship with company partners and stakeholders.
✨ Coordinate with Marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and activities.
✨ Analyse and monitor new business opportunities and market expansion strategy.
✨ Lead and develop the overall sales team.
