REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino’s and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, and other related courses.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.
With knowledge or skills in SAP and accounting software.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Process bank statements accurately and on time, including bank statement postings, transitory bank account clearing, and bank account maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Perform month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
Execute bank reconciliations and Internal Control System (ICS) activities, while supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, participate in process discussions, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Develop expertise in assigned banking and accounting processes to ensure efficient operations and deliver high-quality financial support.
